A key provision of the bylaws is to expand and improve the organization of the Board. Duties for five Board officers have been defined. Office terms and an annual election process are also defined. The expected benefits include:
- Promoting a regular rotation of new people and new ideas to lead the Club.
- Established terms will help officers plan the length of their commitment.
- The five positions will distribute the workload effectively within the Board.
The next step for the Board will be pursuing nominations for all the Board offices, as described in the bylaws. Details will follow.
