How do I change my email address?
Log in to the site.  Click on the My Account link at the upper right of the screen.  Click Edit to the right of your email address and enter in a new email address.  Click Update Profile button to complete.

How do I change my password?
Log in to the site.  Click on the My Account link at the upper right of the screen.  Click on the Change Password link (right below the My Profile tab).  Enter your old password, then enter in your new password.  Click the Change my Password button to complete.

I cannot log in.
If you forgot your password:

If upon signing in you get an Error 201:
...it means that the email address you provided is not the one we have on file for you:
1. Make sure you typed it correctly (it is NOT case sensitive).
2. Make sure your browser is NOT auto-filling this field.
3. If you think it is possible that we have a different email address for you which forwards to the one at the top of this email, please try it. This is rare, but does happen.

If you get an Error 202:
...it means that you entered the right email, but the wrong password.
1. Make sure you typed it correctly (it IS case sensitive).
2. Make sure your browser is NOT auto-filling this field.
3. If 1 and 2 failed, you may reset it at https://phoenix.illiniclub.org/user.html?op=ru

How do I update my address and other information?
Log in to the site.  Click on the My Account link at the upper right of the screen.  Click on the My Profile tab, then click the Edit Profile link underneath it.  Make updates as needed.  Click Update Profile button to complete.
